Fizz of Cowes is an Oyster 53, built in New Zealand in 2002.  She  is cutter-rigged and carries a cruising chute as well as a spinnaker.

Fizz is fully equiped for blue water cruising with an extensive fit-out including satellite phone,washing machine and a watermaker capable of making 50 litres of fresh water per hour.
